Since 2010 Even Keel Management has provided turn key project management services to:

• real estate professionals + their clients prior to the sale or purchase of a new home or investment property through inspection report reviews, prompt due diligence pricing to empower the client at the negotiating table, walk throughs with clients for space planning potential and pricing for home renovations prior to purchase + punch list completion

• investors + stakeholders providing assistance in procurement + renovation + sale

• general contractors managing high end renovations on historic homes, or building multilevel, multimillion dollar, urban dream homes, kitchens + baths + outdoor living spaces

• homeowner managed renovations + AUD additions + pool installations + outdoor living spaces + etc

Heidi Parlato

Heidi’s early Midwestern years were full of hands on learning and work alongside a grandfather who spent a lifetime building custom homes and barns, a dad that constructed covered bridges, renovated homes and restored automobiles, and a mom with the ability to create something from nothing with an idea, a space, a tool, or a scrap piece of material. Creating and construction were inevitable paths. However, into adulthood the ocean called and she spent a decade on the sea serving in the United States Coast Guard with a focus on search and rescue + emergency and environmental management and response + crew training + boat operations on various USCG vessels. Her move to Atlanta from the Redwoods of Northern California in 2007 aligned her, once again, with hands on construction. Backed by construction, operations management, and an education in Emergency + Disaster Management, Even Keel Management, LLC. was created to turn a lifetime of experience into a thriving business.

With an ongoing, and always growing, love for the sea and outdoors she spends as much time on the rivers, lakes, and streams of the South, treks to the ocean as much as possible + lives a full life with her family and pups.
