Our Rates

Even Keel Management’s success is rooted in understanding, knowledge, adaptability, and flexibility; this reflects in our work, relationships, and how we price our projects and assess our clients’ needs.

Hourly rates are offered for Consulting + Material Take-offs + Pricing exercises. Flat rates apply to Site + Operations Management, backed by detailed records of time and tasking associated with your project. Logs will be disclosed to all clients upon invoicing.

In an effort to save client’s money, and keep Even Keel Management on a stable financial course, clients are responsible for purchasing any materials associated with their projects and payments to subcontractors. Deposits may be required depending on the project scope.
